CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

At Mishvaan home solutions pvt ltd, we treat the privacy of our visitors with utmost importance and safety.
This policy details the steps we take to preserve and safely guard your privacy and
information when you visit or communicate with our website or personnel.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Balcony&you takes utmost care in sharing details & sending products to our customer’s place & believes in helping its customers as far as possible. If at all, you happen to change your mind (unfortunately) & have to cancel the order. Here is what you can do:

Cancellation policy :

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to initiate the process of shipping them.
  • If you cancel your order before your Plants / Products has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that Balcony&you team has obtained on special occasions like Diwali, Holi, New year, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • If you have already received the Plants / Products then it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the Plants / Products.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations (Please note that colour of pots may vary slightly as against the display on website & so as plant shape as these are are live plants), you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision & communicate the same to you.

Damage, Delay or Loss in Transit :

  • That’s the last thing that we want with our customers to experience & our products to happen. However, there could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged product. Please advise us immediately if there is any sign of damage. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please write to us & send us photographs within 24 hours of the product receipt. The defective product will need to be shipped back to us and a replacement will be shipped immediately on receipt of the defective product with its original packaging. Replacement is subject to the availability of the product in our stock.

Substitution :

  • In any case where we are unable to supply the variety ordered we shall be entitled to send what we consider the most suitable alternative unless otherwise requested. If the substituted variety is not acceptable to the Buyer, it must be returned unopened to us within 15 days of receipt.

Refund Policy :

  • Any refund claim will be processed within 10 working days once request of cancellation of item(s) is received or after receipt of the product by us or after we establish the goods sold by us did not conform to the Standards. Please see our statements of Warranty and Liability for more information. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order:

    • Orders paid by credit/debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/debit card. The actual crediting of the refund amount will depend on the bank’s processing times.
    • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account. The actual crediting of the refund amount will depend on the bank’s processing times.
    • For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favour of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.

  • Buyer can claim refund for loss in transit if the ordered product(s) has not been delivered at the shipping address (in India) within 15 working days of shipping the order. Such claims will be verified by Balcony&you team and only upon establishing the veracity of the claim the amount will be refunded to the buyer. No claims by buyer will be entertained as loss-in-transit if there is evidence that the order has been delivered to the shipping address or if there was no person available to receive the shipment when the delivery of the order was attempted.

Late or Missing refunds (if applicable) :

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, we suggest to do a first level of check with your bank / bank account, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If post all this, you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@balconyandyou.com.

Warranty and Liability :

  • We are committed to supplying high quality products to recreational gardeners and households for personal use. In accordance with the established custom of the trade, Balcony&you will in no case be liable for more than the actual amount paid for a particular product on sale.
  • We will endeavour to only have products on our web site that are in stock and available for ordering. Varieties that are out of stock will be listed as such and will not be available for purchase. In the unforeseen event of items going out of stock after you placed an order your amount will be refunded to you.

Return Policy :

  • If you think, you have received the Plants / Products in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process), please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. If you happen to accept the product. Please advise us immediately if there is any sign of damage. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please write to us at support@balconyandyou.com mentioning your Order ID. & send us photographs within 24 hours of the product receipt. The defective product will need to be shipped back to us and a replacement will be shipped immediately at no extra cost on receipt of the defective product with its original packaging. Replacement is subject to the availability of the product in our stock.
  • Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact (original price tags, labels and invoices etc..). when you send us the product back.
  • Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following Plants / Products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz :

    • Products/Items that have been used;
    • Damages due to misuse of product;
    • If the product is a perishable item (e.g, plant, bulbs);
    • Products with evidence of having been tampered upon;

  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories (if any) along with the original price tags, labels and invoices;

    • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.
    • If any plant or products are damaged post-delivery it shall not be accepted for return.

Shipping :

  • All returns must be sent to our office address, i.e., Mishvaan Home Solutions Pvt. Ltd., E-401, Kalyan Nagri Rachna CHS. Sanglewadi, Kalyan West- 421301, Maharashtra
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over Rs 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
